AJ's Brain — Neurodiversity training and consultancy.

I am a psychology graduate, Teaching Assistant, trainer, and consultant who is autistic and has ADHD.

I deliver training to schools, businesses, and families both locally and nationally. I have also presented to larger audiences at conferences and online.

I deliver parent courses locally and consult for both the North Tyneside Neurodiversity Transformation Team and the Autism Strategy Group in Northumberland.

I have worked in a number of schools across North Tyneside and Northumberland, delivering training for staff and parents, and have also worked alongside groups of children to discuss autism, ADHD, and what it's like to have a different brain.

I am passionate about using my lived experience to advocate for the neurodivergent community and to educate others in a neuro-affirming way. The best way to learn about neurodiversity is from neurodivergent people.
